1. Generelt
Her findes de generelle handelsbetingelser omhandlende køb og salg af produkter fra Moldovin.dk. Disse betingelser gør sig altid gældende, med mindre en skriftlig aftale vedrørende køb og salg af det pågældende produkt accepteres og underskrives af begge parter.
Når De laver en bestilling på Moldovin.dk, modtager De en ordrebekræftelse via mail, der bekræfter, at vi har modtaget Deres bestilling. Bestilling er dog ikke gennemført før, vi har sent den til den oplyste leveringsadresse.
Vi fastholder retten til at annullere en ordre i tilfælde af, at vi af den ene eller anden årsag ikke er i stand til at gennemføre den. I dette tilfælde bliver de underrettet herom hurtigst muligt.

2. Levering
Vi giv gratis levering til Danmark.
Vi har divers priser for international levering afhængigt af størrelse og placering.
Hvis produktet mod forventning er skadet eller defekt bedes De omgående kontakte vores kundeservice. De har op til to arbejdsdage efter modtagelsen af pakken til at indberette den pågældende skade til kundeservice. I tilfælde af, at et produkt er defekt eller skadet, tilbyder vi at refundere prisen eller sende en erstatning.

3. ReturretHos Moldovin.dk stræber vi efter at have tilfredse kunder.Hvis De mod forventning er utilfreds med Deres bestilling, kan De returnere den indenfor 14 dage efter leveringsdatoen.
Hvis De ønsker at returnere Deres ordre, bedes De kontakte vores kundeservice på forhånd via: sales@moldovin.dk, eller via vores kundeservicetelefonlinje.
Hvis De kunne tænke Dem at returnere et produkt som De har købt hos os, er der to muligheder:
Hvis De ønsker at bytte det pågældende produkt til et andet produkt, kræver vi, at De betaler tilbageleveringen af det returnerede produkt, samt leveringen af det nye produkt. De bedes informere os om, at dette er Deres intention, før De returnerer produktet.Anden mulighed er selv at returnere Deres køb indenfor 14 dage. Hvis produktet er uåbnet og i samme stand som ved afsendelsestidspunktet således, at det kan videresælges, tilbyder vi fuld refundering af købsprisen. Terms and conditions

1. In general
Here you will find in the general terms and conditions of sale and purchase of products from Moldovin.dk. These conditions will remain in force unless an agreement is determined and accepted in writing for purchase / sale of a particular product by both parties.When you place an order on moldovin.dk, you' will receive confirmation that we have received your order by email. The order is not complete until we have it sent to the shipping address you state.We retain the right to cancel an order, if for some reason we are not able to complete it. If the order has to be cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping
We offer free shipping to Denmark.
For international orders there is an additional fee based on the size of the order.
If the product is damaged, please immediately contact the customer service. You have up to two business days after receiving the package to reach customer service. If the product is damaged, we will either refund the price of the product or send a replacement.

3. Returns Policy
At Moldovin.dk we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied.If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return the products within 14 days from the day you receive the order.If you wish to return the product, it is important that you contact our customer service to arrange the return in advance via: sales@moldovin.dk, or via our customer service hotline.If you would like to return the product you have purchased there are two options:If you would like to exchange your ordered product to a different product, we only require you to pay for the shipping of the returning product and the shipping of the new product. You must inform us that this is your intention before you return the product.The second option is to return your purchase yourself within 14 days. When we receive the product and providing it is unopened, in the condition that it was sent and we are able to re-sell the product, we will refund the purchase price. 4. Refunds

The products remain the property of MoldoVin until the purchase amount is received by the company.

If you are dissatisfied with the wine, please get in touch with our customer support. We are always happy to discuss an issue with the quality of the product. We do not offer a strict warranty on our products but we will strive to satisfy our customers should they feel that the product is not up to a high standard.
